How much is your monthy monitoring service?
It is our honor to offer our monthly service at only $16.95 (plus tax) per month. We have never raised our rates and there are NO hidden fees!

Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No! Parker Security Services is the only company that has never required a long term contract in over thirty years! Our satisfied customers stay with us because they want to, not because they have to.

Do I get my homeowners insurance discount?
Yes, since we are fully licensed and approved by all participating insurance companies, you will receive the maximum premium discount with us.

What payment options do you offer?
We can accept payment any way you prefer. Most of our customers are billed quarterly. Autopay from your checking account and credit/debit cards are also very popular.

Is there any discount for pre paying my account?
Yes. Many of our customers choose to pay annually by simply paying for eleven months and then receive the twelfth month free. The total for this option is only $199 which includes tax.

Do you have to have a land line (telephone line)?
No, if you choose to have your alarm system monitored with an Uplink cellular modem, no phone line is needed. Parker Security Services can monitor your alarm system either way or both.

What areas of Texas do you service?
Most of the DFW metroplex including as far north as Ponder, Sanger and Pilot Point, as far south as Grapevine, and everything in between: Lewisville, Denton, Flower Mound, Carrollton, Southlake, and Coppell.

Do I need a permit?
Yes. Most cities and towns have alarm ordinances that require that you register your system with the police department. Call your local police and have them send you an application. Please let us know the permit number as soon as possible.

Can I get a credit for referring someone?
Yes! Each time you refer a friend or relative and they switch to our service, you get a free month of service. This is in addition to any free months you receive for paying annually.
